I will condition you into a top-notch full contact combat fighter with my conditioning program that incorporates unknown, unconventional underground conditioning exercises. Very few people know of or train with these guerrilla combat conditioning exercises and those who do create tough as nails fighters who feel juiced and have a bulletproof bodies’ towards pain.

Try These Guerrilla Exercises For Size
Abdominals/Neck: Duffle bag sit ups
1. Place one 10 lbs sandbag on your ankles & another sandbag on your forehead
 
2. Raise yourself in a ¾ jack knife position, hold for a 30 count down for 10 count. Repeat 10 times for starters. This exercise strengthens not only the abdominals but also the neck muscles so it head does not snap back when it is struck.
 
Hands/Fingers: Duffle bag grab
1. Fill an army duffle bag with sand or dry concrete & grab the bag by loose material
 
2. Hold for a 5 count & release. You can also hoist it, throw it, slam it in any direction.
*NOTE: Stimulates grapping someone by there clothing.
 
Wrists: Hammer Curls
1. Place a pole through the hole of a weight plate or grab sledge hammer by bottom of the handle & hold hammer out to the side (incase it drops it will not hit your head)
 
2. Keep your arm straight & lower the hammer down to the shoulder by moving your wrist only. bring hammer back up to start position.
 
Legs: Chair push Kick
1. Place a chair sideways in front of you, place one leg against backrest of chair, raise the other leg so heel touches your buttocks
 
2. Kick leg out slowly over the seat of chair keeping your body erect, hold leg extended out for a 2 count, bring leg back in the same controlled manner keeping your body erect so you don’t bend. Begin with a set of 50 per each leg.

*NOTE: When exercise becomes easier add ankle weights to increase intensity or raise height of seat of chair
 
Tire Throw
1. Have yourself throw a tire at a wall (the closer you are to the wall the more impact the tire will have on you on impact)
 
2. Block the tire with your body allowing the tire hit your stomach, legs and arms.. Repeat 30 times.

NOTE: This exercise conditions your nerves to handle blows and helps strengthen your stance, shoulders, arms by increasing your pushing power.
